Leadership Assessment & Intervention Program

Module 1: Leadership Assessment

The Assessment module is about discovery and is where the Extra Crucial Dimension (EXCD) comes to life. Outside their comfort zone, participants display authentic behaviors that reveal strengths, blind spots, and hidden traits, many of which they are not even aware of. MODULE 2: Leadership Intervention

Over the course of two to three days, participants engage in a fully immersive experience that pushes them into situations of uncertainty, discomfort, and high-stakes decision-making. After initial conversations with the participant and senior leadership, the individual is placed in intelligence-inspired simulations that replicate high-pressure environments. Leaders leave, not only with a deeper understanding of themselves, but also with practical strategies to strengthen decision-making, adaptability, and influence. This module concludes with a detailed report and structured follow-up to ensure change translates into lasting impact for leaders and teams.
